Great Gramma

While we were in Dallas, we went to visit my Gramma. She's an amazing woman! She's 92 and still lives by herself, with no nurse or aides helping her! She has Meals-on-Wheels delivered each day, but other than that, she does everything on her own. She has a terrific memory, too! She can remember stories from the Great Depression and growing up on a cotton farm. We love you, Gramma!

That's great! My grandmother is 85 and lives by herself, drives, no meds, sharp! Can run cirlces around us! Hope fully, we'll live a long healthy life like them. Surely, it's in our genes!
