Dear Julia

Dear Julia,

I can’t believe you are one! It seems like yesterday that you were are tiny baby in my arms, and now you are running around and saying words! You are a HAPPY, sweet, beautiful, smart, and perfect little girl. You are so good everywhere we go! You even flew to North Carolina with Mommy and everyone on the plane said how good you were! You love to read books and sing songs, especially “If you’re happy and you know it!” You love Elmo and give him hugs. You are starting to be a picky eater but really love yogurt, pasta, macaroni, and vegetable soup. You remind me so much of Olivia at this age, you are easy going and happy almost 100% of the time! And you LOVE to dance! However, you do not like going to the church nursery, you cry every time and stay fussy the whole hour you are there. But soon you’ll learn how much fun it is! You are also a bit afraid of strangers, even grandparents at first. You are a Mama’s Girl through and through, but you love to wave and say “Hi” to Daddy all throughout dinner. You love animals and have no fear of them, again, just like your sister! Your face lights up when you see Lucy, Sammy, or Andy and you say “HI!” You are a great sleeper! And you love your paci, lovey, and blankie. We go to kindermusik every week and you have a great time. You play instruments and dance around the entire time! You love to be near your sister and do what she does. But I also see a stubborn side to you, you know what you want and you’ll stand up for yourself. If you don’t get want you want (outside, lollipop, computer wire) you will kick and scream! You love taking walks and riding in your car, although now you’d rather do more walking than riding.
Jules Faith, I am so proud of you and I am so blessed to be your Mommy! My life would not be complete without you in it! I love you always and forever, my sweet baby girl!

Xoxoxo,
Mommy
